I've been taking it on a regular basis too (almost finished up an entire bottle already) & have had absolutely NO results from it! Sad to say, despite it being the truth ... I am quite disapointed, if I must say so myself.
I may as well be eating candy. I feel absolutely NO energy, NO appetite supression, NOTHING!!! It's like I'm just swallowing a sugar pill! I feel as if I have DEFINITELY wasted my $$$ !!! Not a good feeling ... And, of course, I have no trouble sleeping at night either! They don't give me insomnia AT ALL!
Prescription Phentermine is definitely the way to go, but not all of us are privileged enough to get it either ... sigh ...

Kimness Thank you for the tip about drinking water. I was wandering what was going on. When I first got the product on January 9th I did so good the first two weeks, but the weight loss slowed down after that. The reason for it I believe is the lack of water during the day. I will get back to drinking and hopefully I will be losing weight just like I was the first two weeks. THANKS AGAIN!!

Hello 3blessings I have been taking Phen-D since January 9th. I didn't have any sleeping problems whatsoever. It depends on the person I believe. I have read reviews of people having problem sleeping but just during the first week and then they get used to them. I think it works great but just like kimness said you have to drink a lot of water. It is worth the money...I mean of course I wish it was cheaper but you eat less food, so there you go..you are saving money anyways. GOOD LUCK!! I hope it works for you as well.
