I just got the prescription from my primary care doctor to help me get over this hump I have been stuck at. My friend got the prescription first and it has really helped her. When I got mine, I compared it with hers. As it turns out she had gotten the Phentermine 37.5mg. Do you think I can still get good results with this 30mg in the yellow capsule. I dont know, I just feel like I am in a rut, and I need help and support. Any suggestions or comment are welcome.

There's very little difference between the 30mg capsule and the 37.5 tablet.....it's just a matter of preference for some people.
You can always ask your Dr. for the tablet with your next prescription so you can compare the two yourself.
Either pill will make it a lot easier to eat less!

Squeekie gave great answer but I wanted to add that sometimes the doctor will write a prescription for 1 pill of one kind, 1 of the other, then you choose what you think most helped you!
