Yes I am. I take one some time between 7:30-8:30 and then I will try to wait and take the other one around 12:30 or 1:00
I have noticed I do feel full much faster when I eat though and as long as I am eating every couple hours my energy seems to increase.

Kimness I am not sure who did you ask about taking the 2 pills a day, but yes I am too taking the 2 pills. I wanted to increase to 3 pills a day but I am a bit concerned if it is ok to do so.
And once again thanks for the water advice, I think it is helping too. Back to drinking water and visiting the restroom about 10 times a day if not more

Alright, I will stick to two for now. Now that I started drinking water again I am losing weight just like I was the first two weeks. So I will stay with 2 pills a day. I can't do any type of work out since I had back injury and I am not supposed to. I guess I can do a bit of yoga but limited. Hopefully I will soon be able to get back to working out. How are you doing on phen-D Is it working for you?

he he I just clicked on the link after I posted the reply message. I guess it is a pill. I thought you meant working out sorry. I don't know if I will try any other pill. As soon as I get better from my back I can do plenty of sit ups and I am usually fine in my abdominal area, don't need much work there. My arms and thighs need work but once I lose the weight those will get better too. Thank you though. Sorry I misunderstood you at first.

Have you noticed anything negative with using the abdominal cuts? Do you use this in conjunction with working out? I do certainly want to check into this. Thanks for the link this does sound great.
