Newbie Trying the Phentramin D

Greetings everyone. I just joined tonight. Where do I order these pills from?

I ordered mine from this site and should be receiving them on Tuesday! I can't wait to start! The only thing that I am worried about is that I can't swallow pills but sure am going to try. Does anyone know if there are side affects to chewing the pills?

They come in capsules so it would be pretty hard to chew them up. They are small though. Hey an idea my 7 yr old son came up with is this for capsules. He calls it a pill shooter. Put a straw in a glass of water and stick the capsule partway into the top of the straw then suck through the straw like you normally would and the pill will shoot down your throat with the water.

Is there anywhere other than this website to order Phentramin-D? When I tried to do some research about it, all links came back to here. If it's legal and non prescription how come I can't find any information about it anywhere but this website? Can't I buy it in local pharmacies?

loshaff You can open the capsule up and drink the content. The capsule is just to help you get it down, and it contains no drug in it. You can simply throw those away and just drink the powder. I had a friend of mine that always opened up the capsules and drank the content since she could not swallow pills. My aunt used to do it too for her drugs (not this one) SHe was directed by the doctor to drink the powder for faster effect instead of waiting until the capsule dissolves in your stomach and the powder comes out and kicks in. Capsules simply dissolve in your stomach without any effect in your body. It should split up in two, and yes you can open it, just be gentle and don't pop it open since you will spill it everywhere. Put a piece of paper underneath and you will be fine!! Hope this helps

I don't have a hard time swallowing the capsules at all! My birth control pills are 1/4 the size of these, and they get stuck on my tongue all the time! Just take the Phen-D with some cold water, tilt your head FORWARD to let the pill float to the back of your throat then swallow.

I agree with anjeza....the capsules are probably better than to open than to chew.....
