Toviah7 Well I have been taking Phen-D since January 9th and I was doing really really good for the first two weeks during which I was drinking 3-4 bottles of water a day. The third week though I kinda stopped drinking as much water, maybe one or two glasses a day and the weight loss slowed down. I didn't have any side effects at all.
I have not worked out at all since I have back injury, but I have cut down a lot the eating. I may eat cereal in the morning...(any cereal and regular milk) or just an apple. at lunch time I will have very small portion meal, if it is a sandwich I will have 1/4 of it and then maybe eat the 1/4 later on but before 7pm. So I have cut down the portion a lot and eat a lot of veggies. Broccoli steamed and raw baby carrots throughout the day. (just to stay healthy) So I have changed totally how I eat but I desperately want to lose weight. I know this is not really healthy and I could go without eating but I try to pick on something no matter what . And that is why I don't drink skim milk or low fat stuff. Of course I completely stay away from pizza, burgers NO junk food.
This is a schedule I kept of my weight loss every week.
January 9th started 192lbs
January 13 187lbs
January 21 182lbs
January 30 179
So as you see the last week was a bit less than the first two weeks, but I believe that was from not drinking water which I started doing now again. Sorry this is a long message but I myself would hope people would explain their eating habits along with the daily workout (if any) along with the results so far. This way you know if you are somewhat on the right track and if it will even work or not.
