Well I am very glad I read on here before ordering any Phentermine I didn't know you couldn't buy it online and that it was illegal until I read about it on this forum. So I decided to take the plunge (after 3 days of reading and looking), and go with the Phentramin D. I just ordered it last night so I probably won't get it until Tuesday. I just noticed that lots of people have posted and mentioned starting on it and posted results of 4 and 5 days of being on it but not many posts about actual weight loss. Has anyone on here lost a lot of weight with the Phentramin D? And if so how long did it take? Years ago I did slimfast with Metabolife and went from a size 21/22 down to a size 12, in one year. But then they took Ephedra off the market and now several years later I have gone back to a size 18 and am determined to get this weight off once and for all.
Any way I am looking forward to hearing from those who are loosing weight on the Phentramin D. Thanks

I've only been taking it consistently for a week and a half, so it is hard to tell. I have lost 5 lbs, but I could lose more if I ate diet food consistently with it. I really eat what I like, but just eat less.

I am in the same boat as you. I just ordered as well and want badly for the product to live up to the hype. Maybe you could also let us know how you are doing on this pill? As soon as I start mine, I plan on posting updates as well.

Retrac, thanks for the response. I feel the same as you do. I am so tired of taking stuff and it not working. I am seriously considering starting a journal when I start the Phen-D so that others can tell how it works. I would love to read your results!
I have already starting increasing my water intake I drink half of my body weight in ounces a day. I also have started paying attention to calories and realize I eat probably double calories of what I should be eating everyday. I am also already eating more normal portion sizes. So hopefully I will be more than ready to go starting Wednesday.

I will say this... Phen-D doesn't have the icky side effects that I have had with other pills. I actually feel better and more focused on it. I have been watching my calorie intake a bit and keeping an eye on grams of fat (with the exception of my chocolate lava cake from last night). I did finish the piece of cake this morning. I don't plan on giving up yummy food, just trying to make it better.

Toviah7 Well I have been taking Phen-D since January 9th and I was doing really really good for the first two weeks during which I was drinking 3-4 bottles of water a day. The third week though I kinda stopped drinking as much water, maybe one or two glasses a day and the weight loss slowed down. I didn't have any side effects at all.
I have not worked out at all since I have back injury, but I have cut down a lot the eating. I may eat cereal in the morning...(any cereal and regular milk) or just an apple. at lunch time I will have very small portion meal, if it is a sandwich I will have 1/4 of it and then maybe eat the 1/4 later on but before 7pm. So I have cut down the portion a lot and eat a lot of veggies. Broccoli steamed and raw baby carrots throughout the day. (just to stay healthy) So I have changed totally how I eat but I desperately want to lose weight. I know this is not really healthy and I could go without eating but I try to pick on something no matter what . And that is why I don't drink skim milk or low fat stuff. Of course I completely stay away from pizza, burgers NO junk food.
This is a schedule I kept of my weight loss every week.
January 9th started 192lbs
January 13 187lbs
January 21 182lbs
January 30 179

So as you see the last week was a bit less than the first two weeks, but I believe that was from not drinking water which I started doing now again. Sorry this is a long message but I myself would hope people would explain their eating habits along with the daily workout (if any) along with the results so far. This way you know if you are somewhat on the right track and if it will even work or not.

I am taking Phen-D and in 3 weeks have lost 14 pounds which I think it is great. Energy is good, I don't have problems sleeping, and no side effects. Appetite is killed for me and no cravings for junk food whatsoever. Hopefully others will share their story of weight loss and you can make the best decision. Good luck
