Well, I'm actually not taking anything, but have been doing this, on my own for awhile now.

You should start a journal, in the weightloss journal section.
Start a new thread,put in a unique title,start posting,it's as easy as that. You will get visitors,who will motivate,support,chit chat,whatever is needed.
