I was taking phenteremine ( with an RX from my dr) on and off over the past 2 years.... I decided to try the phentramin d, as i have moved to az and dont have a primary care yet out here... I have been taking it for one week now and have lost 9 lbs.. I have been drinking tons of water, and i love the slim fast low carb shakes.. so i know those are helping to... i'll keep you posted ... next weigh in will be thurday 02.21.08....

Hi everyone... I started the program last saturday and I have already lost 5 Pounds in one week . I was really exited about doing this program because I know that it works. I have seen the results on people I know as well as on the website but i just had a break up 2 days ago. He was my number 1 motivator and I feel so down right now like I cant do it without him. I know I have to do this for me and no one else but its kind of hard to keep my spirits up. Any advice???

Im sorry for your breakup but you know what you dont need anyone to make you do this you have yourself and your determination and I think you can do it. Now you have all of us and we will be here.

Wow! Wonderful results!!!
I finally tried the Phentramin-D version yesterday, after my good friend ordered it and can report it works great for me~ Energy and appetite suppression, for me, was almost on par with phentermine back in 2006.

Ya'll keep posting your results and reviews, good and bad.
