Ok well I lost only one pound on my own while waiting for it but it finally got here and I took them today and I can honestly say it curbed my appetite a lot. We will see and I will keep all posted.

Thank you, very much. I still have a ways to go, but, no worries, all I have is time.

My weight was from having babies to close together, without losing the pregnancy lbs in between, put on w/each pregancy. so, I just kept going up.

Live and learn.lol Have a great day !!

You are so right, amanda! I don't know, how many times, after I stopped nursing,I ended up gaining back up, to my delivery weight.

I guess your body gets use to that weight and remembers, so when you start eating normal again, without nursing or burning off those extra calories, you put it back on,again, very easily,it seems.

Wow susan if only I had that problem haha. I cant stand my husband because he struggles to gain weight and im over here killing myself trying to lose. We laugh about it though because he made it to 195 which he still looks skinny because its all muscle and im 159 and its not near all muscle haha.
