Is there any health risks to the baby if my wife were to get pregnant while using Phentermin-D as there would be her using Phentermine?

Back in my day of birthin' babies--the 70's--even an aspirin wasn't allowed for the pregnant mother. There are SO many things that can pass though the placenta to the baby, so she should ask her doctor about this one~

I am sure the restrictions have changed monumentally since the 70's, but that first trimester is still a critical one.
