I am starting to notice that I have a little more energy, I think.

I hardly slept at all last night because I went to be late last night and had to get up early. I should be exhausted, especially after kicking coffee and soda out of my diet, but I'm not. I am a little tired, but not nearly as much as I normally would be at this time of the day.

Today, I have had some muscle pain, mostly in my thighs. I havent done anything to make them sore over the last couple days so I am thinking maybe it is a minor side effect of the pills. it's nothing major though.

I drank a gallon of water yesterday and was bummed to see I had gained 2 lbs by the end of the day yesterday and it was still there this morning. I am HOPING it is just my body holding onto the water right now because I am not used to drinking so much water. I've been eating really well and eating several small meals throughout the day, so I havent been eating a bunch of junk or anything.

I was hoping to see some results by now, but it's only been 4 days so I cant really expect too much. I just wish I had not gained that 2lbs over the last day. That just seems crazy to me. it's GOT to be the water.

Well, it COULD be the water, but just be sure not to drink too MUCH water. Did you know that drinking too much water can actually be very toxic & in rare cases, can kill you?? Yeah, I didn't know that either, 'til like sometime last year, but it's true. Scary!

Yep, I knew that. I am only drinking about a gallon a day though. I cant handle much more than that LOL

Well, as of early this morning i was back to where I was before I gained that extra 2 lbs (maybe from all the extra water?), but I haven't lost any additional lbs as of yet.

Today is day 5 of taking Phen-D.

I was hoping to see atleast a pound or so lost by now since it seems like a lot of the things i read about Phen-D talked about people losing a few lbs already in the first week, but nothing yet.

dont fret! sometimes the changes are seen by the second, third or even the fourth week. and if you notice, most people weigh themselves on day, and all of a sudden, they're down 5 lbs.

im sure if you keep focus and keep going AND KEEP UPDATING, you'll get to your goal. we're here to help ya out

First off, welcome aboard!!

Give it time girl and don't expect too much too fast. I know this is going to sound strange coming from me as I'm a weighaholic but, if the number on the scale is going to dictate your progress to yourself, then I highly suggest only hopping on it once a week. It's natural for our weight to fluctuate up to a full 5 pounds a day. Choose a weigh in day, then get on the 'evil box' at the same time as you did the week before. Morning is best. Before too long you'll notice that number getting small and smaller!!

ETA: and one more thing. You have already lost 2 pounds this week!!!! This is a healthy number!!! Good for you and keep up the excellent work!!!

Thanks so much for the support ladies!!!

I have to say....last night when I went to bed I was already thinking about what I was going to post about this Phen-D not doing anything for me as of yet....then I woke up this morning and had lost 4 lbs! I was shocked. I fully expected it to still say the same thing it said yesterday.

If I could do this every week I would be the happiest person ever!

It really helped to give me the motivation I needed though, especially after trying so hard last week without results (until now).

Yesterday I totally cheated on my diet (not too bad but i cheated) and I drank maybe a total of 4 glasses of water (i had been drinking a gallon everyday all week). Subconsciously I was giving up...even though I was telling myself I would keep trying no matter what.
Now, I feel motivated again.
