Congrats on your loss!!

Let me throw something out there for you to ponder the next time you consider giving up on healthy lifestyle changes...

What is wrong with eating healthy and exercising? Are you gaining weight? Is it harming your health in any way?

If you eat donuts everyday, you can bet you will eventually gain weight. The reverse is true about eating healthy and exercising... do it everyday and you will eventually lose weight!

Just wanted to give a quick update since I havent been on here in a few days. I havent lost any additional weight, although I have been sticking to my good diet and exercising.

I actually gained 2 of the 4 lbs back...I think because I started drinking the water again after not drinking very much of it on Friday and Saturday 9when I weighted myself). Who knows. I havent cheated so I dont think it is coming from what I am eating.

I am also trying to keep track of my calorie intake to make sure i eat ENOUGH calories and I haven taken measurements of my body to track my loss that way.

Nothing to report as of now though as far as additional weight loss.

Actually... that's a very good report! You're being consistent and that is exactly how you win this battle!!

Besides the weight loss, how about the clothes? Have you noticed a difference?

You can lose inches and gain weight and fat. Do you have one of those fat scales?

I've gained weight before but lost fat, and a drop in size.

Just curious.

Great Job with all your hard work!

I just oredered my phen - d. So I hope it helps.

not much new to report - This is week 3 of Phen-D and other than that initial 4 lbs I lost, I havent lost anything else. Yesterday I was down .5 lbs but I didnt drink as much water either so i am sure that is why.

I am a bit frustrated because I am still working my butt off and eating really good, not giving in to cravings, etc....but nothing.

I am starting to actually wonder if this stuff even works, to be honest. I kind of feel like anything I DID lose, I could have just done on my own considering i had compeltely changed to a healthier diet and started drinking tons of water. Who knows.

I just know I havent made any progress lately at all in spite of my efforts and it's really starting to irritate me. sorry to be a downer lol

Angel, I really havent noticed a difference in the way my clothes fit. They may be the slightest bit more loose from teh 4 lbs i lost, but not much.
