I know this is gross. But have you gone #2 in a while? Lots of times that is why people dont show weight loss. Phentermine makes people constipated until they get used to.

I personally dont get anything from Phen-D. I like Phentermine better. I take Adipex brand.

yes, I have been very regular. I really havent had any side effects at all.

I am really mad at myself right now for spending so much money on 3 months worth of pills. I wish I would have just stuck with a 30 day supply. I should have known better, but I got sucked in by allthe good reviews.

I am still doing really well on my diet and keeping track of my calorie intake, making sure i eat enough calries as well as not too many calories, etc. Hopefully it will pay off eventually. I dont really know what else to do at this point. I am just nto losing anything. I am not gaining, so that is good, but I am not losing either, in spite of all my extra efforts.
