I took my first pill this morning. I just wanted to start this thread to track my progress, in case anyone is interested in the results. I will try to kepe it updated regularly through my progress, good or bad.

Today is day two.

I just wanted to share that I was worried about side effects, but I havent had any.

I did notice I woke up a lot last night, but I have always been a bad sleeper so it may have had nothing to do with the pills at all. I also noticed that in the morning/ early afternoon I was a little jittery feeling, but it could have been that I didnt have enough calories, etc. We'll see how it goes over the next few days and I will let you know if it keeps happening. I havent noticed anything yet today so it could have just been something totally unrelated yesterday. It certainly wasnt anything too annoying, even if it was a side effect.

I weighed myself this morning and had lost half a lb. Not sure if it was due to the pills already but it made me happy!

so far, so good today! I have been drinking tons of water so hopefully that will help me out too! I slept fine last night and havent felt jittery or anything at all. I havent been real hungry today either and I have been able to avoid the pile of cookies that are right in front of me here at work.

The only side effect....I have to pee every 30 min!! But that is just because I am drinking so much water, not because of the pill. LOL

Yeah, that's me too! I have to pee constantly. But, drinking water is SO SO good for you for SOOOO many different reasons!
