16.) Is it safe to take 2 or 3 a day ? Why ? Under normal circumstances it is safe to take 2 capsules per day. However, we would not recommend exceeding this dosage.
17.) ppl who have taken phentermine and developed a tolerance and decide to take phentramin-D. Will that effect the way these pills work for them ? This would depend to some extent on how long a person has been taking prescription Phentermine.In general, most people experience very good results with either Phentramin or Phentramin-d after having been on prescription weight loss drugs. The fact that both products are designed to produce effects similar to the best selling prescription drugs but without the extreme effect and stress on the CNS may be one reason that customers can continue to lose weight on Phentramin and Phentramin-d when they have hit a plateau with prescription products.

Hi Ladies...and Ian I have been watching this forum for a while and decided to finally join....wondering if I should order the Phentramine D. OR head to a weight loss clinic to get the HCG or B12 shots. Any comments or comparisons? have any of you had the shots?
I used Ephedra 6 yrs ago and it was fantastic...NOW its difficult to find anything that works for me like it. Just looking for something to assist in my commitment in eating healthy and living healthy. Starting tomorrow
So I would like an aid to try....any suggestions? I am open to anything...also what about this FASTIN? and the O pill?

I hate to be the one in the dark and unable to answer questions because I NEED to know, but was afraid to order either. Seemed the Fastin (only an herbal product; not the original) and the 'new one' we have ads for, each required I agree to regular monthly shipments--YIKES-- and charges! None of us has enough moola to risk that, so I haven't tried.

However, though I tried Phentramin, it had no effect on me. My daughter felt help with hunger immediately.

I tried Phentramin-D and felt real hunger suppression, so would go that route again if needed.

Have you tried any thermogenics or gotten any guidance from GNC or that type store?
