It's the 15 MG capsules...
But it makes me tired after like 4 hours and a constant headache.
And I've been on it for a week... been exercising and everything... and im reading all these posts about how its working so well.
Ah, haha. Maybe im just too worried or whatever...
But has anyone had any really bad negatives about this... or it just didn't work for you?
No Idea but... inspirational stories too because I think I really need some motivation.
Thank you!

First and most importantly... welcome to the forums!!
The headache is a common side effect and they should start to subside after 2 or 3 weeks. Motrin, Advil, etc. should help them to back off a bit. Sleepy? Well, I can't exactly say Phen has ever made me sleepy! But we're all different so it very well could be a side effect for you.
Are you eating? I mean, I'm sure you're eating but are you eating enough? How many calories are you taking in? What time are you taking Phen and how long are you waiting afterwards to eat? Sorry, just a few questions to try to pinpoint if it's the meds or something else.
Again, welcome aboard!!

Hello! Also the headaches could be just your body de-toxing? If you had not been on weightloss beforehand, when you start to eat healthily... sometimes your body takes that as an opportunity to de-tox!

Inregards to no energy.
I will answer, what I know and have read and learned from this site.
Depends on the individual, on how their body metabolized it.
No two people, will have the same reaction,we are all different.
I have read of ppl on here that got the energy surge. I have also read of ppl who were lethargic and sleepy, I personally think, it is just the side effects of the medicine.
Another thought is, it is when the ppl come down, after having all that energy in the morning.
Could also be not enough water or calories taken in for the day. I've also heard of ppl not getting that energy until they get up and exercise or become active in someway. Not everyone gets the energy anyways, but just because, you do not does not mean it is not working.
Just a few days is not long enough to have it work to it's best.
You must be consistant in your endeavers and give it a few more days to build up in your system.
If I think of anything else I will add later.

This is what I did and it worked for me.
The slimfast I only use for my snacks sometimes and not everyday, never a full blown meal, unless, your in a hurry and don't have time to eat. I have also started doing the protein shakes sometimes instead of the slimfast. I have my protein shakes in the morning and at night a couple or so hours before my bedtime. That way you will foresure get your protein in for the day.
Protein also works to keep you filled up longer. spoon full of peanut butter, boiled eggs, fatfree blueberry yogurt mixed in w/1/2 cup cottage cheese, tuna plain.
All of these foods are proteins and are good for you.
I would be eating several small meals a day. 5 to 6 small meals a day, Every two to three hours at 200-225 calories a pop. The idea is to keep the metabolism going all day by giving your body a continuous amount of fuel to burn. I aimed for 1200 and tried to not go below 1000 or your body will go into starvation mode.
Which means it will think there is no more food to eat and will hold on to any calories longer and your progress will slow down. In other word you have to eat to lose,ha,who would have figured.
Add protein to all your meals and snackes it will keep you filled up longer and less likely to cheat. Drink a minimum of 2 liters water a day which is roughly 66oz's. I would like to see myself at 4 liters 120oz's a day. I had to build myself up to it of course. I know water.Blehhhhh!!!!
That would be one gallon a day. One gallon a day will not do you any harm. Just make sure you have a bathroom nearby and your able to use when you need to.lol
Keep a food journal here, home, both or where ever. Keep track of foods, how much, and calories for the day, exercise if any,how long, calories burned, water intake, how much for the day.
Preplan your meals ahead of time, write it all out for the week, pick a day to go shop, like sunday is a good day. Make sure you ate before you go grocery shopping, less likely to buy junk food if your not hungry.
I hate to say this but throw out the soda and forget about the coffee. It's all bad for you anyways, All I drink is water and skim milk. Did you know caffeine makes you feel hungrier.

Super ideas! Welcome to PhenForum!
When I was teaching little ones, it amazed me to find that stimulants were given as a type sedative for theirs brain if they had ADHD. They worked the opposite way that they did in adults!
I will never forget the 1st time we gave sleeping medicine to Jay when he was a baby, on his pediatrician's orders. He was awake for 24 hours!!!!!!! YIKES!
Have to add, though, that i have never heard of reports of anyone being sleepy...BE WARNED, though, that if by any chance, you did not get these from your personal doctor's presctriptions~ a mix like SOMA( sleep med) has been found in pirated capsules ordered off the internet.
