Some ppl do well, some not so well. Just depends on the person. This one girl lost over 20 lbs (I'm gonna say these results not typical just to play it safe), but I have not talked to her in a while and she no longer posts on here. Every individual will react differently to any medication. You have to wait and see what happens.
Anywho, here are some quetions I asked the company and there answers. There is a whole list at the top of the Phentramin Reviews section, As a sticky thread called
"Phentramin-D and Phentramin-a comparison".
Is it safe to take 2 or 3 a day ? Why ?
Under normal circumstances it is safe to take 2 capsules per day. However, we would not recommend exceeding this dosage.
What is the Recommended dosage of Phentramin-d?Recommended dosage is one capsule with 8 ounces of water in the morning and one capsule with 8 ounces of water at noon or in the early afternoon. ... proper nutrition ... an exercise program. The full effects of the product may take four to six weeks. Do not increase your dose....
Should you avoid caffeine while taking these pills ? ; Why ?
[We advise] moderating caffeine intake while taking either Phentramin or Phentramin-d because both of these products contain caffeine or similar stimulants.
Approximately how long does it take to work; a day or so or a few days ?
This can and does vary from individual to individual depending on a number of factors. However, appetite suppression has been experienced the very first day by a number of our customers, though typically it takes approximately three or so days for effects to be more noticeable and a week or so for noticeable weight loss effects. Note: It is generally agreed by bariatric physicians, exercise physiologists and other experts that most humans can only lose 2 to 2 ½ pounds of fat per week; any amount over and above that figure is fluid loss.
