Yay Phentramin-D!!!

Ok, so, this stuff is awesome. I weighed myself Tuesday morning and I was 175.5. I took my first pill right after. I have followed the exact directions on the bottle for the last 3 days. Well, I definitely don't have much of an appetite and when I do eat, I can't eat any where near as much as usual. I have the energy of my 3 year old and I crash hard at bed time. I sleep through the night. Haven't done that in a while. I have worked out everyday since I started. I actually look forward to my workouts. I have no negative side effects. Yay, no headache!! The only thing I will tell you is I go to the bathroom, ALOT!! Annnnd....At random times I'll just start sweating, it's weird. Otherwise, all is good. I don't crave sweets like I did. I don't crave carbs which is a huge problem normally. And the best thing is I'm now weighing in at 171.5 and I'm psyched. Once I see that bit of weight loss, I'm revved up and there won't be any stopping me. All without cigarettes or ephedra!!

169 pounds today!! Clothes are looking so much better. My weight isn't changing very quickly but my measurements changed by two inches everywhere. I think I'm replacing the fat with muscle and I can actually see the results. The Turbo Jam Series by Beach Bodies is my newest best friend. I look forward to working out everyday. It's awesome and I highly recommend it. Between the workouts and the Phentramin D keeping my appetite suppressed I'm moving right along.

OMG !!!!! Iam so excited for you !!! I know you had such a hard time with headches n such before so this is wonderful that something else is working best for you. From the sound of it you are kicking some A$$ !!! I'd love to get me a hold of a (turbo jam) too, I heard it Rocksssss !!!!!!
