And I'll post pics, too, though that makes me nervous.
To make a long story short:
I went on phen a year ago. I am 5'3 3/4 and weighed 270 lbs, the most I had ever weighed in my entire life. I did it legit, went through a doctor because I wanted to have someone to be accountable to.
One year later almost to the day I am still 5'3 /3/4 :p and weighed in this morning at 162.8 lbs.
I have to be honest, I give phenteramine only so much credit. What really helped was changing my eating habits. What started out as a diet soon enough turned into my lifestyle. I walk regularly, cook healthy and don't eat after a certain time. I cut some things out of my life for good... like sodas, doughnuts and any fried foods.
I still have some weight left to lose and I'm having to work extra hard on my self image (I still see myself as the introverted fat girl) but it seems to be getting better with each passing day.
So, here are my pics...

So if someone were to ask me if phentarmine really works I would say Absolutely, to give you that extra edge. BUT it has to be in conjunction with regular diet and exercise.
It's been a long road for me, but totally worth it!!!
