I had great results with it- I am down a bunch of weight but it has lost its effectiveness now. I am at my goal now though. Are you taking the dosage as reccomended?

yes i am taking the recommended dose one 20 min before break and 1 20 min before lunch. between lunch and dinner i will be so ravenous. And i am eating a healty break and lunch. It is almost that time so maybe that could be the issue.I am still gonna continue to take them but i hoped for better results.

I am so sorry it hasn't helped you more. There is a guarantee with it if you bought the 3 months' supply directly from Lazarus Labs or from this forum. Lots of stipulations, but I didn't take it but one week, so I haven't looked into it. Please give them a call.

Protein, complex carbs and fats all play a major role is suppressing hunger. They change your blood sugars. Have you made any changes to include fat-free milk, cottage cheese, cheese, nuts, beans, fish or chicken? Just a little every 3 hours can produce a tangible result. Let us know~

Add some more water to the diet, and eat some very green apples. Helped me a lot in curbing appetite the first week.

Hi, Poison. You were probably taking phentermine which comes in 37.5 mg tablets. What this member took, I think, was Phentramin-d, NOT a prescription product. It is much different...
Thank you for posting that wise comment, though~

I usually get the extreme hunga's after dinner, towards nighttime... pre-diet, that was like my prime time for snackin' - Now everytime I even start to feel the hunger pains, I just drink a full bottle of water. That usually holds me over, and if it doesn't, I eat a couple pieces of sliced green apples (and yeah, I definitely just spelled couple "cupple" and did not think twice about it. cute, kate. realll cute.) I like to buy the bags of pre-sliced green apples, so that I can eat a piece or two now and save the rest without them going bad - they're in the fridgerated section of the baby food at the grocery (I think they're put out by lil' graduates, or somethin' like that) In my thought process, I like to think if a friggen infant (you know, something whose entire entity weighs a few pounds) & I are sharin' the same snacks, I can't be doin' half bad here.
