This is my 2nd day on Phen-D and it was better than yesterday. Not sure if it was the pills, the fact that I drank lots of water...or just the fact that I was busy and my mind was occupied. I read some older posts and it appears that sometimes it takes a few days or up to a week for the Phen-D appetite suppressant to work. Does Phen-D build in the body? Just wondering if anyone knows. Makes it a lot easier to stick to it if I know there are better days ahead! Yesterday I didn't feel a thing!

Good question! It did for me. I only tried it for a week, but felt no help until 4th day!
