It's been a week and today is weigh-in day. The good news is that I lost 4 pounds and the bad news is that I don't think it's because of the Phen-D. There were some days I got by with sheer will power! I faithfully took the 2 pills each day, but after a week I can't say they are helping. I'm going to continue with them until the bottle is gone, but unless something changes...I don't think I'll get anymore. I really envy you people that it works for, but I guess I have to do it the old fashioned way. Oh well, I did it before and I can do it again! I'll let you know if anything changes and they kick in!

Great job on the 4 lbs gone, schmoopy!!!! That is really awesome, and you should be very proud, and it doesn't matter if it is because the phen-d helped or not!! YOU did the hardest work!

Keep it up, and let us know how you are doing!

Schmoopy, congratulations on the four pounds lost. I realize you may not think Phen-d curbed your appetite, but I was wondering if you felt any increased energy with the Phen-d?

I can't really say I feel any increase in energy either. I do my 40 min. on the eliptical everyday and some weights every other day. But, that's what I've always done...even before Phen-D. I have to say that losing the 4 pounds gives me the motivation...and energy...to continue. Also, Biggest Loser started last night! Those people really motivate me! In fact, I usually work out during the show!

I feel that way about that show also...those people...and it doesn't matter who they are, because I think they are ALL winners for doing what they are doing....are great motivation. They are an inspiration to work harder and try harder! Doing your exercising while watching is a good idea!! I wish I had a TV near my Gazelle!

I am glad that you are going to continue what you are doing...it is obvious that whether it is the phen-d or not you are doing something very right in order to lose that 4 lbs!

If I could have lost with willpower, I would have lost many years before I did. The Phentramin-d has caffeine and stimulants in it, but alas, does not work for all. I am sorry.

BUT you have lost! Good FOR YOU!
