5-HTP should not be used without your doctor or pharmacist knowing it, if you take any anti-depressants. Neither should one consider a therapeutic dose of Prozac the same as the normal lose-weight dose.

5-HTP usually comes in 50 mg pills, but you can find it stronger. The maximum dose is 100 mg, 3x a day. Many call it a Serotonin precursor.

I bought 5-htp, and not so hungry anymore, did not myself yet, but clothes are fitting better after one week. Im not overweight. My hight is 5.8 and when I started I was 179, need to go down to 173, but my personal goal is 158. This site keep me motivated.
