Susan is right...writing down EVERYTHING you eat and drink is an excellant way of finding things you can change to improve your diet. When I first started the phen I did that and was amazed by what I wrote down...be sure to write down as close to accurate calorie counts, as well.
And definately use whatever boost the phen-d may give you...again write everything down because you may find that it is helping in ways that you may not realize otherwise.
Add in at least 20 minutes of heart rate increasing exercise 3-5 days a week. It doesn't matter if it is dancing in your living room or going to the gym, whatever works for you.
