Just curious... is there anyone out there who cooks healthy meals say for example on Sundays and the packages them up in individual portions for freezing/to heat up for pre-planned meals throughout the work week?
This idea just came to me and I was curious as to whether anyone out there is currently doing it ... if so, what kind of meals are you preparing, what do you package them in, etc. etc....?

I used to make a huge thing of weight watchers chili....has lots of squash and turkey in it. I would put 2 cups (2 pt servings, so 4pts total) in a tupperware and freeze it. I would grab it on my way to work/school and microwave it at meal time. It worked great until I got sick of it...lol. Now I just buy a variety of frozen diet meals...whatevers on sale usually.

Thanks for replying. I guess the making stuff ahead of time isn't really a "popular" choice.
