Here is an easy recipe for a yummy and satisfying non-fat salad and low fat snack:
1 cup Romaine (or whatever lettuce you prefer)
red onions
red tomatoes
Include whatever veggies you want!!
a few tablespoons of fat-free Feta cheese (yum)
Squeeze a slice of lemon over it for a nonfat and delicious dressing
If that doesn't satisfy you, get some Carr's Table Water crackers. Five of the Roasted Garlic and Herb crackers only have 70 calories and 1.5 grams of fat. Spread on some Laughing Cow Light Original Swiss Cheese for 35 Calories and only 2 Grams of fat. It is light, yummy and will take care of your hankering for Cheese and bread!
Add a cup of Chai tea (or whatever tea you prefer) with a bit of honey and milk for an indulgent, low-cal lunch, dinner or anytime snack.
