This recipe serves: 4
For the salmon:
2 teaspoons canola oil
4 salmon fillets, 4 to 5 ounces each
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
For the salmon:
1. Preheat the grill.
2. Brush the fillets with oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the fillets for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, turning only once. (Thin fillets take less time, thicker fillets take more.)
4. Placed the fillets on warmed plates to serve.
