Ok so it started out as a pizza one day for lunch... then today I didn't feel like doing the toaster oven so I just did it like a quesadilla would be done... on a cast iron skillet.... so here's what I did
1 Italian Herb Light Flat Out Flat Bread
2-3 Tbsp pizza sauce of your choice
Mozzarella Cheese
Any other type of "pizza" toppings that you enjoy
Place the flat out on the skillet or griddle.... add the pizza sauce to just 1/2 of the flat bread (so that you can fold it shut).... then sprinkle cheese to cover pizza sauce.... then add whatever other toppings you want (I was just in the mood for cheese cause I wasn't very hungry).... fold other half over to cover sauce, cheese and toppings. Grill it about 3-4 minutes on low/medium heat... then carefully turn over so the other side can get crispy too. Enjoy!
Mine with just cheese was 185 calories and 9g fat.
