Im a sucker for Smoothies! I Love Love Love em!
.5 Cup Simply Orange OJ (grove made high pulp)
.5 cup low/nonfat vanilla yogurt (i like dannon all natural or stonyfield farms french vanilla)
1 cup frozen fruit (i like mixed berries or strawberries. unsweetened)
.5 or whole banana
2 tbsp ground flax seed (for fiber, good fat, and protien)
mix it all up in a blender and add about 5 ice cubes (optional)
DEEEELIIIISH. Also I find it helps me feel good after a workout.
