    Your food diet more effective on your weight. No matter how much you eat, but it will matter that which type of food you suppose to eat. Take fruit juice, vegetable and milk which are the less effective on your weight. Take less fat food and take more and more water.

    Yes i agree with it.eat more and weight loss.but what more eat?no not animal fat or like this.Just eat more organic food and green fresh fruits.

    Hi
    i am Danial From US and also want to control over my hunger,and my weight is also growing up rapidly,i already tried too many efforts but did not get any result,and my friend is taking diet product to loss weight, and i want to know can i take any supplement, diet product or any diet tablet to loss weight.
