INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cups yellow beans, ends trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups green beans, ends trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat the olive oil in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the yellow and green beans, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil until the beans turn bright and become fork tender, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and serve.
