Mmmmm this sounds really good. Especially for those times when I want to eat something while I watch a movie. I now I should eat while watching a movie, but its better than my other choices (ICE CREAM!!!)

Hmmm I hate ham, but I know they go great with marshmellows! ok, so maybe not the best choice...but I am out of ideas.

I love them too but I put cinnamon and splenda on mine. I need to loose the slenda part. They are great cut up into steak fries and baked too. And since I hate muchrooms the can make a good veggies burger too. Maybe for the more adventurous though. My hubby thinks I'm nuts.

Also grilled cabbage!!!! Oh my ! My freind got me hooked on this. It is marvelous, some spices and a little oil or fat free butter, wrap in foil and grill til tender. I even love and so do my girls, if the outer leaves are blackened just a little. You don't get the smell of cabbage cooking either a huge plus. and you know when you go to a barbeque there is not always the best options have these ready and take with you, ask them to put them on and you are all set.

my dr gave me some recipe alternatives, and one is to use OJ versus the brown sugar and butter. sounds weird, but worth a try!
