INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 cups broccoli florets
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat the olive oil in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the broccoli, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil until the broccoli turns bright green and becomes fork tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and serve.
