Yeah, after power walking 5 miles everyday I didnt think that WATP would phase me,,,,WRONG, I love her cd's. It leaves room for NO excuses when the weather is bad lol, and I do literally break a sweat from it. I add alot more workout with the weights to it, but still I am so glad again, Cyn, that you mentioned them way back. Im dying to do the 3 mile but doc says no way til after baby arrives. Ian I also do Pilates, or I should say DID and plan on resuming after delivery , I think Cyn does it too. I LOVE IT. I bought from Amy a burned copy of her bellydancing dvd, but Ive yet to put it in and watch it, I will definitely incorporate that into the routine as well after delivery. Ive never tried Yoga, isnt it more a mental thing? When it gets quiet around here, it leave too much time to think lol.

I do have a cousin in Nashville Ian, my dad used to also live there but he was transferred back to Ky. Im sure you answered in the blog, but are you originally from TN or Cali where your parents are? Do you have family close by in TN?

How did you find RP? Did you post at phen.com? I was theNEWme at both places. I like to stick with the same name so everyone knows its me.

Today, I got in all my water, 120 oz's and did WATP, busted butt nesting and enjoyed my salad, also an omelet with turkey and a bit of cheese this morning, and for snack had a few Nathan smoked weinies with beans, have to make sure I get alot of fiber with this iron I am taking lol. Ian , do you take any supplements? You dont look like you should be concerned with your weight, surely you dont take phen to lose weight, if you take it at all. Perhaps you are just dedicated and motivated to maintain health and fitness.

Love and Luck
Missy

Good Morning everyone! I am finally feeling like my old self again! WATP and 30 minutes on the total gym so far plus about 64oz of water :drinkers: The weather is beautiful here again so I think I will take Keandra for a nice walk to the park later. I think watching her during the day really helps keep me active. I remember the good old days when I would be on the couch with a bag of peanut M&M's watching the soaps all day! lol!! [-X shame on me! I still am not doing well with eating breakfast--I just need to make myself do it. I am going to have grilled chicken tonight. Maybe some grilled veggies too! I cant let this good weather go to waste. I will check back in later and give the rest of the days events! Have a wonderful day everyone!

Today is absolutely beautiful weather so I problably wont be posting much today. I plan to go out and enjoy the weather. I did some yoga this morning and have had a ton of water. The family is already talking about grilling for lunch so I may dig out a few nice steaks and make a big salad. That sounds good to me. Have a great day everyone and enjoy your weekend!

Mmmm Cyn Steak and salad sound delicious. Im thinking everything anyone mentions these days sounds delicious

We usually have steak or ribs with a big salad, baked potatoes and a veggie on Sunday nights. Today is absolutely gorgeous here today as well. I was outside all day long. Did some yard work after all the rain, it sure soaked it right up, not a wet spot to be seen lol. I bathed all my canines as I have 4 of them up for sale, went and visited my horses and am heading to the shower. Plan on going to see 'Hitch' tonight if all goes as planned and getting a bite to eat somewhere, maybe Smokey Bones or Olive Garden.

This morning, I did WATP with 2 lb weights and then headed outdoors. Have had 72oz of :drinkers: so far, my bladder is wreaking havoc on me lately, with all the weight and pressure and the added 100oz of water it gets very painful lol. Tomorrow I plan on getting up with the roosters and heading to my parents house to pick up the boys, then to one of two hospitals to take their tour of the maternity and delivery wings, cant decide which of the two I want to attend.

Just an FYI for everyone lol, my s/o proposed for the umpteenth time and I FINALLY accepted, Ive always wanted a New Years Eve wedding but may go about it sooner, not sure yet. Put my house on the market about 10 days ago and had a buyer a few days ago, really didnt expect it so soon, so now I'll have the lovely job of packing and moving before the baby arrives......what was I thinking lol. But all in all we are very happy to be able to move further west, away from all the building and crowding. Ironic as it is, we dont like the hub bub of all the migrating of the people out west we are , and all the building, BUT, my s/o business is in site development and landclearing I SWEAR BY LUCKY BAMBOO PLANTS, I have them strategically placed in those most important corners lol.

Love and luck to you all!
Have a beautiful evening and a very nice relaxing Sunday!
Missy

Make sure you find a house with a guest room for Perk Alexis and I.
