I JUST START MY DIET YESTERDAY AND ALL I ATE WAS WATER AND GRAPES ALL DAY BUT WHEN IT WAS BED TIME I STARTED THING OF FOOD BUT STILL WASNT HUNGERY.
THAN TODAY STILL THINK ABOUT FOOD BUT NOT HUNGRY I DID TRY TO EAT SOMETHING A SPECIAL K PROTEIN MEAL BAR AND A FEW PIECES OF CORN BEEF SLICED VERY THIN. I HAD 5 CUPS OF COFFEE WITH CREAMER 1 TSP AND SWEET AND LOW IN EACH CUP IS COFFEE SAFE FOR ME AND WILL IT STOP ME FROM LOSING WEIGHT? AND I HAD 8 CUPS OF GREEN TEA WITH SPLENDA.IM HAD AROUND 200 CALORIES ALL DAY. THIS IS ALL NEW TO ME AND YOU ALL ARE ALL I HAVE PLEASE HELP ME WHAT IS IM DOING WRONG AND CAN YOU HELP ME GET BETTER IS 200 CALORIES OK? OR DO I NEED MORE.HELP ME PLEASE I DONT WHAT TO GIVE UP AND BE A LOSER IVE BEEN A LOSER FOR TOO LONG NOW ITS TIME FOR ME TO BE A WINNER
