I had a wonderful Sunday. WE spent most of the day outdoors. The weather was great but a bit windy. Now it isnt even 8pm and I am tired! I just got home from seeing my parents. I dont think I have been inside much this weekend at all. Sure hope this great weather continues because it sure makes it easier to be active.

I JUST START MY DIET YESTERDAY AND ALL I ATE WAS WATER AND GRAPES ALL DAY BUT WHEN IT WAS BED TIME I STARTED THING OF FOOD BUT STILL WASNT HUNGERY.
THAN TODAY STILL THINK ABOUT FOOD BUT NOT HUNGRY I DID TRY TO EAT SOMETHING A SPECIAL K PROTEIN MEAL BAR AND A FEW PIECES OF CORN BEEF SLICED VERY THIN. I HAD 5 CUPS OF COFFEE WITH CREAMER 1 TSP AND SWEET AND LOW IN EACH CUP IS COFFEE SAFE FOR ME AND WILL IT STOP ME FROM LOSING WEIGHT? AND I HAD 8 CUPS OF GREEN TEA WITH SPLENDA.IM HAD AROUND 200 CALORIES ALL DAY. THIS IS ALL NEW TO ME AND YOU ALL ARE ALL I HAVE PLEASE HELP ME WHAT IS IM DOING WRONG AND CAN YOU HELP ME GET BETTER IS 200 CALORIES OK? OR DO I NEED MORE.HELP ME PLEASE I DONT WHAT TO GIVE UP AND BE A LOSER IVE BEEN A LOSER FOR TOO LONG NOW ITS TIME FOR ME TO BE A WINNER

needtolose my abs burn just watching your little guy doing crunches....

today i did 11 loads of laundry <dont ask how it got that out of hand> and the dishes and cleaned the bath room and all 3 bed rooms. i had more energy then most days latly. not sure where it all came from.

I just started on10-30-07 and already lost 7lb.
I drink a lot of coffee a day (5cups) with sweet and low and creamer(1tsp) Is any thing wrong with that? but all i do is drink alot of water and green tea also.and I dont be hungry but i do try to eat something and i do excercise every day at least 100 situps a day.I LOVE TO HEAR WHAT I CAN DO FROM ANY ONE AND EVERYONE.THANKS GUYS!

Teiwan, you seriously need to start eating more! 200 cals a day will put your body into starvation mode and you will not keep loosing weight. Start a journal in the Forums section and don't forget to put in your start weight and goal weight info.

tei, you must not live in wisconsin or near because they dont sell food that you could only eat 200 cals a day with. im pretty sure i would hurt someone if i denied my body so much food.

you should really take sometime and read through new and old posts and see whats really important when losing weight.
