Wow. I love you all too. Seriously. You are part of my life, as PhenForum
is a dream I've been building on for about a year now. It is amazing to
see meet real people on here. Jessie, I remember when we talked in the
chat room and you felt like you were struggling, and it makes me so
happy to see you happy now and making such progress. It's truly an
awesome experience.

I will not let this get to me. You have all been a great help. Your words
made a big difference in my day as well as my outlook on PhenForum.

I'm going to keep going, stronger than ever before. Now I need to
finish some additions I'm making to PhenForum. By the way, do you
like the new "start a topic" and "post a reply" buttons?

i love this site. you know you just cant please everyone, and it sounds like you are stressing over these incidents. I think you are doing all that you can do and that she is being very unreasonable. hope this get resolved very soon and you can get back to your work outs :grin:
as to the site I really don't think there is that much that she can do.. besides I think she will have alot of angry people who are dealing with thier weight loss to deal with. good luck Ian

WOW Ian! That is a lot to deal with (reason # 159372034 that I will never have to work or do stuff where I have to deal with the public).

Just keep in mind that for every 1 ungrateful person there are 10 or more people like us that appreciate all that you do very much. I am sure that there are lurkers out there that aren't posting but are reading (I did that for a week or 2 before I began posting). The limit of people that you can help by the site are endless. She's just 1 person who probably wouldn't be a good member of our community anyway. So thank you for banning her and the fact that you continue to try to help her just goes to show what strong character you have.

Hi Ian, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate what you have given me with PhenForum. First of all, I don't have much of a life outside of my family. I don't get to meet any new people or have anyone that I can talk with outside of PhenForum. That is how I found your site. At home with not much to do, surfing the internet, and I found you. I look forward to reading posts all over the site. I have many new friends. And the support is unbelievable. I can truly say that I am very fortunate because without my family here on this site I know that I would have given up a long time ago. I know this because it happened to me before. I was 230 lbs and lose weight to 189 lbs all on my own, not that far from my goal of 130 lbs. I decided to give up on losing weight at all because I had nothing to motivate me. My husband was supportive, but was happy with me regardless so he did not push me. The weight began to come back and I was 236 lbs when I got pregnant. After giving birth I was 265 lbs. 2 months later 250 and depressed. I then found your website and it has motivated mE to keep going. As of today I'm 234 lbs and I owe it all to you and everyone here. Whoever this lady is that's threatening you is wrong. She can not have this site banned because you did not GUARANTEE anything. There are successful posts as well as unsuccessful posts on the site about the pharmacies. You just RECOMMENDED the one's that have the best reputation. Beside's, I think everyone here will back you up if anything becomes of it. And I'm sure that you know that it's impossible to make everyone happy. Think about it, what percent of the total members have you had like her. Whatever the answer is that you calculate will be your answer to how successful this site is, and how much of her treats can really hurt you and PhenForum. Don't let her get you down because you have hundreds of us to keep you up. I know that you want to help her, but you can only do what she is will to allow you to do. Her husband is an attorney, so let him help her. :smt100 I am 2 semesters of way from a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and I'm specializing in Web Development. I have not seen anything on this site that she could bring you down with. I would take her serious but just keep everything that you have about her available (dates and times of contact, emails, things that you tried to do to help her, etc.) for your defense. Hey! I like the buttons. Everytime I log on, I look to see what you've changed or added.
