Thanks, Susan - I'm having a lot of fun lately with my workouts, and PhenForum is slated to be on the Home Shopping Group in a few months so I want to be in even better shape to help inspire people when I go on TV with Ian R.

My g/f joined under a couple different names and posted some stuff, but I can't get her to start a journal. Oh well. I can't even get her to go to the gym with me. I'm working on making her feel more comfortable with it all though and I'm sure she'll come through.

Well, today my workout was FUN!!!!!!! One of the key parts of my circuit was a stability ball with a flat bottom. Click below for a pic of the "ball."

Here's what I did today:

21x fast squats on the stability ball UPSIDE DOWN while holding a 45lb disc
15x decline pushups with my feet up on a large swiss ball
10x one-legged squats on each leg holding a 15lb dumbell

Repeat:
21x fast squats on the stability ball upside down while holding a 45lb disc
15x decline pushups with my feet up on a large swiss ball
10x one-legged squats on each leg holding a 15lb dumbell

Next step - lay on the floor and breathe hard for 2 minutes. hahhahaha

Yesterday was pretty good! My workout was:

21x 95lb push press
20x pullups with 30lb assist
21x 55lb dumbell swings

(repeat once, then done)

Then later I ran a couple miles around the track and
did two laps around doing a farmer's walk with two
55lb dumbells.

It was fun!

I'll update later today with my workout in a few hours.

On another note, we just started the affiliate program here

OH and I have the development team working on a new
questionnaire system like ediets. It will allow us to provide
very customized recommendations, as the system will
automatically sign someone up with the right version of
the Weight Loss Club depending on their answers to
the questionnaire.

NEXT in line after the questionnaire system come all the new
features. It will cost about 10 grand to do and I'll have to find
that money somehow, but I'm sure I can do it! Maybe I can
get an investor.

Anyway, 2007 is going to be our best year ever as a community.

Today was my first rest day in 6 days. It feels alright. I like workout days more.

Work was pretty light today so I had time to record one of my songs (jazz stuff), which was fun.

I really feel a need to be productive right now. Anyone with me?

All i need to do is figure out what to do... lol I think I'll spend tonight educating myself and doing some planning for PhenForum.

We ALL need to rest, Hon. See if there's a movie on you'd like to see, or maybe relax while listening to music or while lying on a flat bottom ball. WHAT will they come up with next!??:eek:
I really love this forum and the people on it. There is definitely a lot of meaning in 'community' and I, too, am looking for an excellent year in 2007!

My workout today was great! I did the stuff below in decent time:

15x deadlift 135
20x dumbell thrusters (30lb dumbells)

(repeat) (repeat)



Our new customized diet program questionnaire will be ready early next week thanks to the great new development team we have here.

I'll check in again tomorrow.
