Yesterday was pretty good! My workout was:
21x 95lb push press
20x pullups with 30lb assist
21x 55lb dumbell swings
(repeat once, then done)
Then later I ran a couple miles around the track and
did two laps around doing a farmer's walk with two
55lb dumbells.
It was fun!
I'll update later today with my workout in a few hours.

OH and I have the development team working on a new
questionnaire system like ediets. It will allow us to provide
very customized recommendations, as the system will
automatically sign someone up with the right version of
the Weight Loss Club depending on their answers to
the questionnaire.

NEXT in line after the questionnaire system come all the new
features. It will cost about 10 grand to do and I'll have to find
that money somehow, but I'm sure I can do it! Maybe I can
get an investor.
Anyway, 2007 is going to be our best year ever as a community.
