Hey Susan! I'm sorry to hear you were feeling crummy AND having to work such long hours. Do you have another job besides the tutoring?
My goal is still to gain weight but lose some fat at the same time. I'm starting to get abs and will post a pic this week. I actually went trail running with my friends Andy and Sam at Edwin Warner Park, a nice wooded place with big hills to climb up. We did that for about an hour. Then we went to the gym and worked really hard there too. my workout was:

21 dumbell swings @ 60lbs
10 pushups
10 pullups
10 push presses @ 95lbs
3 sets of a crazy ab workout with a 15lb medicine ball

repeat twice.
Needless to say, today I'm super SORE, but I have that natural high too.  I'm actually about to go trail running again with Andy today.
