Today marks the beginning of my truly enforced training program.
The start of daily progress section here has given me the bit of
extra inspiration I need to move fitness to my 1st priority.

I'm about to venture to the gym to do the following:

Yoga:
20 minutes of various stretches like upward/downward dog,
warrior II, standing forward bend, back bend. (If you want to check
out the DVD I use, look up Rodney Yee on Amazon.com)

Walking:
4mph for 5 minutes

Power-Walking:
6mph for 10 minutes

Curl weights:
32x 20 pounds on each arm
16x 35 pounds on each arm

Punch with weights:
40x 10 pounds on each arm
20x 12 pounds on each arm

Power-Walking:
6mph for 4 minutes

Running:
8-10 mph for 6 minutes

Before I start anything, I'm going to... consume... 3 tablespoons of
this "liquid protein" stuff from TwinLab that is supposedly made from
proteins in their most readily absorbable form. It also contains some
sugar, which gives me energy.

After the workout, I'll pay a visit to Subway and have this excellent
meal:

Turkey/Bacon wrap with american cheese, heated
A GOOD serving of lettuce
Small slices of tomato
Green peppers
Parmesan cheese
Small amount of chipotle sauce

MMMM... No coke (i hate it now), no cookies (those are unnessesary).

After dinner I'll train in some Muay Thai and then work on the
computer for a while.

Hehehe I'm excited. I'll talk to you later!

Aaahhhhhh... I just returned from the workout.

Wow, that was amazing. I'm so tired! I'll actually be able to sleep
at a reasonable hour. Time for that Subway wrap. Cyn did you
go out and get one?

Water IS the best! I have a nice tall glass at my desk.

Well, I'm off. Sleep well and good luck on tomorrow morning's workout.

Today wasn't that incredible...

Breakfast: Fudge Graham Zone Diet Bar

Lunch: same thing...

Dinner: Turkey, Ham, and vietnamese Chili Garlic sauce on an onion roll.
(NOT enjoyable. I prefer a salad or something from subway)

In between: plenty of water! hmm.. It's already time to get another PUR filter.

6pm: 1hr of yoga. I did not run today, but trained in some kickboxing.

Today I didn't burn much fat, but I feel pretty good, aside from the lack of
vegetables!

I love Subway wraps, thats where I got my idea to make my own lol. I almost live on them. I use Tuna, Turkey, Ham, Spanish Pork Roast, and the like, just not all together lol.

You have a great plan there Ian, glad to see this! Your dinner tonight sounded absolutely YUMMY!

FLUSH FLUSH FLUSH I love that, the water literally does flush those toxins!

Im just finding this thread, and will definitely keep up with it.

Cool, Missy!

I used to make my own wraps with turkey and chipotle....mayo..

I wish I could buy the chipotle sauce from Subway. I've found
nothing else like it yet.

By the way, what is spanish pork roast? How can I make it?

Hm.. It's pretty late (8pm here) but I'm off to run. See what you
all have done? You've gone and inspired me again lol.

Hi, Ian, glad to see you motivated, you know its very contagious! Which is my whole point in coming to forums

The Spanish Pork Roast , Im sure you could make it, but its a cold meat that I buy at the meat market and often times in the Deli Department at Publix grocery. It is absolutely delicious!!! It doesnt stay good as long as most meats but it doesnt last long enough at my home to ruin lol. See if your local Deli carries it. I think you may like it.

Ive not made it back over to your blog yet to see if you had any ?'s, as Deb mentioned that you had asked about the sex of the babe , and I know I directed a few ?'s your way and Im sure youve responded. I apologize for that, I will go there first thing come daylight. I busted my butt on hands and knees today cleaning, I swear I must be nesting early lol, and btw nesting is when a preggo begins preparing her nest for her baby lol, just an FYI. And I plan on the same thing tomorrow. Its been rainy and gloomy here and suppose to be tomorrow as well, but we need the rain, reminds me of snowy skies, but the birds are singing their Spring tunes all the while.

Hows your weather been lately? I have an aunt in Clarksville or it may be Cookesville lol, I always get them confused, and then a cousin in Nashville. The rest of my close family are in Ky and a few others in Cali, and Michigan, Debs stomping ground 8) .

For today, I got all my water in :drinkers: about 120oz, I had that awesome salad I spoke of. I also had some smoked Nathan low fat lil weinies with beans (great fiber content) and a 2 eggwhite omelet with turkey and tad bit of cheese for breakfast. I also did my WATP and then busted butt in cleaning. Now Im battling heartburn lol, and my satellite went out EXACTLY when Jeff Probst was telling who was booted out of Survivor tonight darn weather lol. I hope it was Kim, I dont want Jeff to leave.

Have a great night all , whats left of it.
Love and Luck
Missy
