I just finished WATP and drank a large glass of water. I am not quite ready to tackle my breakfast shake yet. I havent made any real plans for the day-I am just going to see what comes along. Have a great day everyone! I will check in later!

Man, I didn't get my PUR filter yet. In fact, I don't really leave my
apartment much. I work and practice music all day, except for
working out, which doesn't count as going out, since the center is
about 100 ft away from my home. hehehe.

Anyway, I've found I love drinking vanilla shakes in the morning,
and making a wrap for lunch. But, dinner is always an issue. I'll
have to figure out something, because with all the stuff I have to
do on Shoppe.MD, it's good to keep a routine.

Ok the rest of my day turned out to be long, boting and pretty much uneventful. I had plenty of water and did good with food. As for activity-well Keandra refused to nap tday so I spent the day playing-which imho is a workout!!

Hello everyone! Having an ok day so far--I took out trash and the wind is terrible so now walking today with Keandra-her nose is running way to much anyway. So we opted for yoga today. And I must confess I skipped my morning shake-but I have bben on the phone and had some company today so really I had no time to drink one. I know-excuses, excuses! Well, its almost time to get lunch started so I will check in later.

Hey Cyn, try the Zone Perfect bars if you can find a good deal on them.
They're more convenient and less time-consuming than a shake.

Yoga - excellent. I did some today too, but spent most of my non-work
time doing some recording (music) and working out.

Ian~ I think I will try the bars. The only problem is if they taste too good I will want to eat more than one! I have a big passion for chocolate bars

I just read your comment about yoga. Just between you and me I feel like an idiot when I do it. I do enjoy it but when your my size and clumsy anyhow it isnt a pretty sight!:shock: I close my blinds and lock my doors! I dont want anybody seeing that! lol!
