Ok since it is Monday I thought it would be a perfect time to start a new thread and to really tackle a new week being as healthy as I can. I began this morning with yoga and so far have drank about 44oz of water. I cleaned my spare room yesterday and made more space for my total gym which turned out to be a workout in itself! Now I dont have to drag it out when I want to use it. I am much more apt to use it more now. That is about it for now. I am off to catch up on house work that I neglected this weekend while I was out and about! Have a great day everyone and I will check in later.

Good idea, Cyn. I haven't been very good about my posting, but as soon as I'm not so busy I'll post a bit more. I guess I should go get my PUR refill filter right now.

That's great that you now can work out whenever you want! That's almost always been a determining factor for me, and I must say I respect you for dragging it out of the closet until now.

Ugh it's very cold here now. Yesterday it was 50-60. Nashville should just hurry up and choose weather, lol.

OK I'm off to wal mart. I think I'll get a chiropractic ball too.

See ya!

Well the day turned out to be cloudy and cool :( outdoor activity cancelled! I did manage to get my housework caught up and also took time to do WATP after lunch. I had big plans of making sure I ate some sort of breakfast today but before I knew it lunchtime was here. So I compromised and had cereal and fat free milk for lunch. I think I may have goulash for supper. I bought some whole wheat pasta and I want to give it a try. My family is not too picky I really doubt they notice any difference. Off to get more water now. Hope everyone is doing well!

I'm doing alright. What is goulash?

I'm going to try to find wheat wraps at kroger and then make some
subway-style wraps with turkey/bacon. hehe

Have you tried eating Zone Perfect bars for breakfast? They're very
convenient and unusually tasty; especially the fudge graham kind.
I bought a box of 14 bars at Target for $10. Great deals there!

Well, time for yoga.

Have a good evening, Cyn!

Ian

goulash is ground beef, macaroni, tomatoes and spices-kind of like spaghetti. I make my own wraps too and so does Missy. I even bought the already cooked heat and eat turkey bacon just for wraps. I looked on Subways website hoping to find a recipe for the chipotle sauce but had no luck-sorry Ian! :( I havent tried those bars but I know I need to do something for breakfast. I have some atkins shake mix and I may try it out in the morning. Well now I am off to tackle the mountain of dishes in my sink. Good night everyone!

Ok gang I am sticking to my word as I am typing this post I am in the middle of drinking my atkins shake. It is not the best shake I have ever had but then again it isnt the worst either. The important thing is that takes care of my skipping breakfast habit. I did WATP this morning and had a big 32oz glass of water before I tackled the shake. This one is cuppachino(sp?) flavored. I also have strawberry and chocolate. They say spoon stirable but I still opted to use the mixer. I hate that powdery residue! I think next time I will crush some ice in too to make it colder and thicker. The can always makes them look so good but I dont ever think diet shake tastes too great! I have no big plans for the rest of the day except for the usual household things. I was thinking about cooking a big pot of veggie soup today but my family said they would rather have the leftovers from last night-yea no cooking tonight! No leftovers for me though-I am planning on a nice salad-I am not big on eating pasta, two days on a row is a bit much for me. Well I am off to get some things done. Have a great morning everyone!

hey is there anyone here today or am I all alone?? Well, I have had a good day-spent alot of time reading information on drinking too much water. According to Oprah drinking 8 glasses a day is a myth-she says your body will tell you when it is thirsty. Ok I love Oprah but I cant agree. Maybe it is true but my body must have been mubling thirsty and I mistook it for hungry most of the time! Anyhow this whole post has got me thinking of a nice cold glass of water now! I better go get me some :drinkers:
