for those not in the know . . .
(which basically is meant for Ian & anyone who's never been on ROBIN's forum or that useless site run by a French control freak)

I used to be a fat-ass at 250
I've had ups & downs from then (mostly downs) & I'm now at 155

I've had plastic surgery & I've totally transformed my appearance from 8 years ago . . .

But I'm not done yet

so I will post my progress into summer 05 which I hope will be my hottest summer yet!

Today:
I ate 3 (not great but I ate em) meals (instead of not eating & almost passing out like I did Easter Sunday)

I did some leg lifts
but no walk (instead I had to drive for 2 hours today as a favor to a friend)

Tomorrow is ~ clean the house/ clear the deck/ donate old clothes day~

lots of walking today
2 miles

I also cleaned the inside & outside of all the windows of my work building (I don't trust the fucking jokes we call janitors . . . if ya wanna have windows done right - do it yourself!)
which required climbing up & down a ladder (only 2 steps) for each outside window. . . total time 45 min of that!
*wiping my brow*

Phen makes me meticulous about cleaning/organizing . . . anybody else get this way?

I weighed in this am at 155 - I know it's the same as last week . . . but TOM will be here soon & I'm bloated - so no worries!

I miss being 155

I became a mega pig/slacker in mid-April

I stepped on the scale June 1 and was 170!!!!

Luckily Katt initiated a new challenge incorporating a eating plan that at first I was VERY hesitant about . . . but when I read about the success that she & several other of her friends had I KNEW I had to give it a try.

I think it was the kick in the @ss that I needed.

what scared me were the bread/dairy restrictions . . . I tried the Atkins induction for a week last spring & failed miserably - lemme rephrase that . . . the plan worked except I was miserable & was doing my best to make everyone around me miserable too!
I swore I'd never go low-carb again

how can I eat steak with no sauce?
how can I not have at least 1 measily baked potato every now & then?

Katt's plan is not easy at first, but it's been worth it so far
I had to stop myself from walking up to the ice cream truck yesterday - I almost wanted to cry . . . but then I thought about how much weight I've lost so far. 10 pounds to be exact from June 1-5 (I'm holding off weighing in again until my period is over)

so I'm at 160 - at last check & working on it
