Hey.. I am A 19 female from Kentucky....Just wanted to post my progress.. many people enjoy hearing about experiences, and i thought that some of yall might like to hear mine.
2 Years ago i was 135 pounds, but then after i quit smoking i gained lotz n lotz...weighting 204 pounds feburary 17 05..
But here i am now, trying harder each day to loose more.. by exercise, eating healthy foods, lots of water.
So far here are my results...

Hey, welcome and thanks for starting your own progress thread!

Congratulations on losing weight so far, and I must say that you
kick a** for quitting smoking. Even though you gained weight,
great job! My dad destroyed his health and life by smoking, and
it makes me happy to hear about other people quitting.

I also am glad to hear that you're not just depending on Phentermine
to lose the weight, and that you've been drinking plenty of water,
eating more healthily, and exercising. Speaking of exercise, I'm off
to walk in the park.

Hey.
Well im vrey happy met my goal of 150..
new goal is 135..

im so sad, i have totally gave up.. im starting to eat junk food, and not exercise.. i gotta snap out of it.. and i havent been on phen for a while now...

Hey no don't be sad, it's natural. I have the same trouble at times, also.
Try this: Go to the store and buy some baby carrots, and then even though
it seems like they couldn't satisfy you at all, start snacking on them.

When you're snacking on the carrots, think about how much better it is
for your body, and it's not THAT bad to eat. Think about how you just
made a very good choice, and in the long run, it's much better than
the junk food.

Do you snack late at night? I'm trying to get out of the habit, but I do it
pretty regularly since I stay up working. I try drinking tons of water, but
of course that makes me have to get up in the middle of sleep; so I just
try to make my snacks healthy.

I've noticed that when I eat junk food or anything with tons of carbs or
fat late at night, I wake up with a terrible hunger in my stomach that won't
go away no matter what. So, I always feel much better eating the carrots.
Plus, I'm nervous, so their nice crunch and refreshing coldness makes
me feel much better.

Wow.. that was a long post.

By the way, I think I can safely say you don't need Phen any more.
Now you just have to take over by showing your body that eating
right and exercising just feels better all the time.

Hey, well i am down to 145 now, without the help from phen.. so im doing pretty good.. actually, i have had a lot of things going on here latley, so havent been able to get on the forum. Anywayz, im happy that im back in gear, hope to get down to 135..
