It all started in highschool.
I always thought-I could find clothes that MAKE ME LOOK skinnier...Then one day i woke up and thought: maybe if i get skinnier i'll feel better. So my dad and i started working out at this therapy place.. It was the only gym in town. I never weighed myself-didnt care. Just wanted to get down into some nicer pants.
A couple months later, i surely did fit into pants. I was around 155. I moved up here to MI from northern GA and started working out RIGHT AWAY. It was more or less a lifestyle change by now-not so concerned with the weight issue. Someone once told me "if you concentrate on getting healthy, the lbs will come off with it"
So, in June 2004 I found out i was pregnant. I think my weight was about 155 or so. And then i just let myself go.. Skyrocketing to 218 in March of 2005.
So it leads me to here. After giving birth i did akins ASAP. I never weighed myself after i had the baby... So i guess i lost about 15 lbs on atkins. I never cheated.. not even once. I thought IF I CAN HAVE A BABY, I CAN LOOSE WEIGHT! C'MON!
So, my doc wrote me a script for this-not knowing anything about the drug. Just told him i wanted somehting to loose weight. He wrote me up for
fastin.

Anyway...heres a bit of my daily routine:
Yesterday i worked out on the bike for 30 min. varing levels but keeping my heart rate at around 145-153. Then i did 100 crunches and some weight lifting. This is usual for me... 7 days a week.
I eat tons of slimfast low carb bars. usually four a day (each with 180-200 calories each). I drink about 50 fl. oz of
water a day.
So far ive lost 4 lbs in 5 days.. No changes since monday however..:(
I hope thiss will teach me will power and how to eat right
