I think your goal is realistic as long as you are realistic about your program - stick with a proven, effective system (the key word it stick with it) & it can happen.
if someone had told me 2 months ago that
eliminating processed sugar, bread, red meat & booze while engaging in 1 hour of activity a day would take 22 lbs off of me in 28 days I would've laughed at them!

20lbs is a lot - don't forget excercise - nothing is as gross as an out of shape, saggy thin person
