 Hi! I am now going to be honest with myself and start my weight loss diary.....
My goal is to lose atleast 20 pounds.
I would like to reach my goal by mid-July, I started dieting in early June.
I am currently taking Adipex, drinking nothing but water (unless I treat myself out on the town!), and trying to stay as active as possible.
I am motivating myself, I am ready to feel good about myself!
I think my goal is realistic, does anyone out there disagree??
I have already started.
