That's a lot better today. Good job. What'd you have in the turkey
sandwich?

Oh yeah.. if you use white bread, it makes it harder for your body
to process that carbohydrate. That's because it's so processed that
most of the fiber is gone.

The best bread to eat if you don't want to lower your metabolism
is whole wheat bread.

But anyway, good job so far today. I should have a piece of fruit too,
but cucumber will just have to do for today. Hm I need to get more
multivitamins.

My turkey sandwich consist of one slice of cheese, good musturd, one slice of turkey, three pieces of good lettuce (its not really lettuce.. its better, but I dont know what is called.), another slice of turkey and some more musturd... And I did use white bread.. the worst white bread I could use.. It was the only kind I had. It was very dense.

That's not too bad. I'm assuming the lettuce that isn't really lettuce is
even more green and less water. That's good.

See if you can put three slices of turkey in there next time. That bread
probably has almost 30 grams of carbohydrate per slice, and it'd help
to have a bit more protein to balance that out. Three slices of lunchmeat
turkey generall contain about 15-20 grams of protein.

What snack are you going to have this afternoon?

Thanks Ian. And yes, the lettuce that isnt really lettuce is definitely much greener than real lettuce. lol. I usually do put three slices of turkey in my sandwiches. I dont know why I didnt this time.

I'm thinking about having either cherries, a peach, or strawberries for my snack.

That's good about the turkey. Eating some chocolate every now and then
is not bad at all. I hate the idea of completely ruling out certain foods.
That could never work for me. My success came from exercise and eating
more reasonable portions.

hehe. I'm not going to rule out any kind of food. I'm just going to eat less of everything.

Ok. Time for a snack.

That is the best way to do it. When you start ruling things out, sometimes it just makes you want it more and more and more!
