I currently weigh 145. I want to lose at least 15 pounds to be 130.. I think thats a good healthy weight.

I hope to lose it in about three months.
• What methods will you use to accomplish your goal?
I am going exercise 3 to 5 times a week- walking in the park, swimming, and at home exercises. I'm going to start eating better food and in small amounts, avoiding greasy foods and drinking a lot of water.
