Ok well here are the answers to the questions I figured I would start with that.
I would like to lose 30 lbs and I wish to accomplish most (i know not all) of this goal by September 6) I am planning to use excerise and good eating to accomplish this. Going back to school is what is motivating me to lose the weight and my grandma is the main person. I believe that my goal is fairly realistic. I am going to start on July 4, 2005.
I will be posting at the end of today what my progress has been do far as well as my current weight ( i still have to get that exactly) and my measuements.
