:grin:Hi me again just a quick post to say I have been sticking to my diet ok.I am doining 1hr of cardio a day,and my weights program every second/third day.I did a fat burner aerobics class the other day.A lot of squats,punching/kicking,lunges and floor exercises.They included crunches stretching etc.I was stuffed at the end of it all.Will do a class every second day,do the treadmill/ski on the other.The classes are very intense and go non stop for 50mins with a cool down and toning stuff at the end.Going to a step class in the morning,I only use the lowest height step or I cant keep up.But Im sure I will improve with time and use a higher one. :-) I have been sticking to eating low fat soups and only 2 pieces of bread a day,plus a bowl of special K with dried apple in it in the morning.Really yummy!I also drink de-caf tea with sweeteners/skim milk,about 5 cups a day.I make myself drink a 650ml bottle of water during my workouts at the gym,wish I could do it after I leave!Tomorrow I will weigh myself[thursday]and post what I have lost/gained Bye :-D :smile:
