 Hi weighed myself today, still 103kg/227lbs,cant complain. After losing so much last week, glad I havent put on! Did a step class this morning, got through it a bit easier this time.I mentally prepared myself to go for 50minutes without stopping!Every other aerobics class step or whatever, that I have done stopped after 35minutes or so!! :???:Not used to that.Did my weights program afterwards.I didnt realise how unfit I had become!Doing crunches/sit ups with legs in the air killed me!I hate the mirror wall, when I see myself in it during the class I hate it.I especially hate my stomach rolls showing through my top.Oh Im having a big whinge, time to do something about it!Stuck to my diet all day,cereal/soup/bread/de-caf tea. Thanks BYE 8)

:-D Hi me again checking in to my diary.I had my pigout meal on saturday night,it was great.I didnt go to gym either.Sunday I hadnt eaten my packet of cheeze supreme CCs,so I had a bowlful of them too.The kids ate most of them. Was back at the gym monday, starting to do 1minute jogs on the treadmill.1 minute jog 1minute walk.I do this for about 15minutes at the end of a 40 minute program thats built into the treadmill.I will try to build up to jogging for 30minutes without stopping. That will kill me!!!BYE. 8)

Man, I haven't pigged out in a while. Even when I wasn't on Phen, I still didn't do it because I felt so guilty eating all that food. Sometimes though I just have to have a couple cookies or some chocolate or I feel totally deprived. Keep up the good work, Magenta! You are doing really well, and even if you eat more than you usually do occasionally, it can't hurt. I don't think it's mentally healthy to deprive oneself of tasty things!! Or at least that's how I justify eating sweets and cookies.

:smile:Weighed myself today, lost a kilo/2.3lbs down to 225lbs.I was suprised because I didnt go to gym on the weekend or yesterday.Had to take my dad to hospital for a minor operation, then pick him up again. The pigout session I had on saturday night.Did a step class today, still only use the lowest height step. When I get to about 90kg/200lbs I will start doing the high impact versions in the classes, higher step too!

Hi me again just checking in to put down what I did today.Stuck to diet, had a late breakfast at 10am[special K].Made a hungarian goulash which is low fat,cut the fat off the meat.Put as many vegetables in it as I could fit!Had a medium size bowl of it for lunch with a piece of bread.Had the same for tea minus the bread. Put top soil on my back lawn today by shovel.I deliberately did it without a wheelbarrow,so I went back and forth with shovelfuls. It was a moderate workout which took about 2hrs.I went to the gym late afternoon.Did a 20min intermediate workout thats built into the treadmill. Then I put it on no incline and did 1minute jogs 2minute slow walks to recover.I managed to do 8 one minute jogs,I then did a 20 minute fat burner program on the x-trainer[ski machine] and felt I could have done more.I wasnt even puffing or tired, maybe the phen did this or the beef in the goulash[iron],but my right front thigh was sore.I had to stop then, feels like a minor muscle strain.Nothing a good hot bath wont fix! :-D

I continue to be really impressed by how much exercise you manage to do. You must have a lot of energy!! Working out in the garden can be hard work too, I know because sometimes I help my mom in the back yard, and what with the digging and the sun and everything, you can really work up a sweat! When I see how hard you are working to lose weight it inspires me to do the same. Keep up the awesome work Magenta, and you will be close to your goal weight before you know it!

:-D Thanks lucylicious-er! Havent posted in a couple days had my saturday pig out meal.I was baby sitting my 2 nephews and niece.I took a heap of junk[chips, lollies, chocolate]and they helped me eat it after pancakes/pizza for tea! :???: Sunday went to the BBT class, buns, bellys, thighs aerobics class. It ended up being a high impact aerobics class! The instructor changes it every week, running up and back with arms going up/down.I was puffing/sweating along with the rest of the class.High impact everything, she gave a few low impact versions of things but not many! This went on for 30minutes.By far the hardest class I have ever done.It was really hard doing it at 102kgs/225lbs too.I was definately the fattest one in the class!Oh well Ill get there, went bike riding with my kids/husband today. At the bike track going up and down the hills. That was very tiring, works the thighs a heap.Bye 8)
